How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship orders out within 2 business days. Depending on the shipping method you selected, and your destination address, orders can take 3-7 business days to reach you.
How can I check the status of my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
We do our best to ship orders out within 2 business days, if you would like to modify or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP within 24h through our email or phone.
What's the return/refund policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened, unused products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used items are not eligible unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund if you receive a damaged item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty.
